We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary by destination, and all orders are dispatched from our London warehouse via express courier.
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all Simone Rocha tags and security seals still attached.
How should I care for my embellished garments?
Due to the delicate nature of our signature beadwork and embroidery, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. Specific care instructions can be found on the internal label of each piece.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders to most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. For some regions, these may be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Can I modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?
