Simone Rocha offers a 14-day return window for all online orders, provided that items are returned in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. We strive to ensure a seamless returns process to complement our commitment to artisanal quality.
Request a Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and email address to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form is included and the package is securely sealed.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL or courier return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
